    Many factors can lead to diagnostic delays when it comes to systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), such as the wide range of clinical manifestations and the variable age of onset. So given those factors, how can we get better at recognizing SLE early on to help close the diagnostic gap? And then once we do diagnose patients, what strategies can we use to tighten the therapeutic window?
